    No. None of them are speaking the truth when they say Pakistan is the brother of Turkey. It is Recep Tayyip Erdogan who several times said on television that Pakistan and Turkey are brothers (even religious brothers he said).     Also when Turkish soldiers where educating Taliban in Afghanistan for the airport, they started to say that Taliban is their brother organisation. They did believe the news message that said that there was a big financial deal with Taliban, which was false information. Now they are disgusting Talibanis.

The only thing we know is that Recep Tayyip Erodgan and his Turkish elite did earn temporary more money with doing that. It was a better way then stealing money from the government, because oppositions could take action against them.
