No. It is forbidden by Saudi law to smoke in Mecca and Median for Saudi Arabs, but non-Saudi Arabs can smoke cigarettes outside the Kabaa mosque (they preffer to not smoke in public).
There are no cigarette shops in Mecca and Medina. Cigarettes can be buyed outside the cities.

Do muslims sing in the mosque?
Singing (making a better voice) is obliged while doing a prayer. Outside the prayers, in a mosque it is a shame to sing a music (cultural pressure), while it is not forbidden to sing a music without bad lyrics. It is a pressure because some sects doesn’t accept music (they forbid it) and because lyrics can contain forbidden contents, such as about sex, drugs and alcohol. It is in islam forbidden to sing about doing sex, approach drug usement and approach alcohol usement.
Some music are belly dance music and that is not accepted inside islam.
Instead of music, muslims preffer to sing a nasheed (islamic music). That is allowed and sometimes used after and before prayings to amusement and/or educate the mosque visitors. It is also earning charity (hassanah) for the paradise when you sing a nasheed. Most nasheeds in mosques are without any music instrument. -
Is it forbidden for muslims to cut the beard?
Most muslims shaves their beards. Some sects inside the islam forbids to cut off total the beard (until handpalm length they don’t cut mostly).

What is the price to enter a mosque?
Entering a mosque is free. Be aware that you can’t wear shoes in a mosque. Socks are allowed and most mosques doesn’t want people without socks inside the mosque, because of smell and wet foots (muslims washs their foots during a small wash before they do a pray in the mosque). You can get in a mosque without doing a small wash.
A mosque in muslim countries mostly belong to the government and gets their finances from the government. Giving charity is mostly possible.
Non governmental mosques gets their money from monthly or annually charity gifts from their main visitors. -
Does islam has beside the quran other books?
Yes. Several ahadith and siyer books are used by muslims for their religion. Ahadith are sayings from Mohammed and his compagnions gathered in books. Siyer are stories also gathered together like the ahadith. Muslim and Bukhari are samples of books from the ahadith. There are around the 10 ahadith books and around the 15 siyer books.
