There are 5 human rights courts (listed below). It is not possible to start a court case at one of them. Only governments can start a court case.
1. International Court of Justice (ICJ)
2. European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR)
3. Inter-American Court of Human Rights
4. African Court of Human and Peoples’ Rights
Any cases you want to start can only done in your own country or in the country where the event did take place. It is not possible to start a court case to another government from another government. If there was a problem, be sure behind the scenes they act the same back if your cases was not a response.
