The real Turkish Deep State exist of only rich people in Turkey. Their elite supports whoever does get elected in Turkish elections.
All other elites and persons are not a part of the Turkish Deep State, but there a lot who are influencing behind the scenes the country and even other countries.
The biggest non-Deep State figure which is causing influence behind the scenes is a Kurdish civillian from Netherlands, because his information is powerful (it almost made him more poweful then Adolf Hitler was). This is a state secret which we where able to discover. The Kurdish civillian has Telegram channels in which he shares deep informations about especially high-tech. He is not part of any organizations.
