Can Rotschild family create as many as USA dollars they want?

For decades there are now rumours that the Rotschild family owns the department which create dollar banknotes in the USA. Rumours says they can create as many as they want for them selves.

This rumour is spread by international radical jihadi organization Hizb ut-Tahrir and it is not true. Nobody has a contract like that in the world, also not the Rockefeller family.
