Video is taken in Rabat center, Morocco. They are trained to do so by criminal organizations and extreme racist organizations, because they want:
1. Warn you on a brutal racistich way. (Most common reason, becaue they check another is maybe sending you to spy on them).
2. They are checking you if there is an way to rob you.
3. Some police officers did see somebody and sends you away on a brutal and racistic way, so you don’t get any information by seeing them.
4. They try even to weak you, for the next one from their organization or they act like they are an part of it to fool opponents. Some collapse in once (for example because they are ill or drunk), then they can not be recognized after the incident and/or because they can rob you without an fight (a fight makes it harder for the next time).
5. With acting like this the whole time, they hope you to forget informations (especially faces and details) after you are back in your country.
6. Some does have evilish religion called Iblis, in which their way of praying is by doing negative towards someone else (very popular upcoming religion in Morocco).
7. Because they are jealous and wants to f*ck your hapiness/vacation. Sometimes jealous because of financial reasons and sometimes because of racistic motives.
8. A drug dealer is checking if you want drug.
9. A pedo hunter is checking for pedos.
10. A pedo child seller is checking if you will ask for it.
11. A regular pimp is checking if you will ask for something.
12. Somebody is checking if you are mental disabled or not to let you scamm (for example by selling you fake gold) or to let you rob (they even check which hotel you are staying).
So, sometimes it is the police.
