Which European country is black?

There is no black country in Europe. The most brown are Spain and Portugal.

Because of emigration around the 10% of France is black and around the 5% of Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria and Switzerland is black.
