Which device is mind control?

There is never a device showed up which is mind controlling.

The reason why people hard believe that mind controlling does exist, is because of their experiences in live with it. Probably some countries where testing or provocating.

With modern technology, we can say from our technology experiences, that mind controlling is possible.

Some does believe that a smartphone is mind controlling and showing up messages about which they where thinking of and that it was possible that it did show up, because there would be almost no chance to fit, because of the information. We can say that it is possible that that is happening and probably some countries where testing or provocating about it, in perparation of wars (countries like Russia and Iran).

Also the informations showed up on internet about the usement of mind controlling through smartphones. We can say that it was probably a test from a smartphonemaker from China or Japan and such technology is possible. Think about that it is hackable and very dangerous when countries are using mind control, so they are very careful with such technology. The usement of mind control on mass level could cause a catastrophy in a country after a hack.
