If you want to roll your own joint, you need a block of tips and big rolling paper together with some tabac. You can buy that at the most tabacco shops in Netherlands. Tabacco is expensive in Netherlands (around the 13 euro for 20 cigarettes). 1 joint needs 1 tip, 1 rolling paper, 1 cigarette (mostly you don’t use the whole cigarette), around the 0.4 gram has or weed and a lighter.
