Which boat port is the best in Morocco?

There is no good boat port or any other ports inside Morocco. All are connected to the same system and all are corrupt on same leve. Without any charges or false charges, a Moroccan port officer or police officer can arrest you or block you from leaving the country and/or visiting the country when you are already on the port.
