Is Morocco Ottoman?

Morocco was never a part of the Ottoman Empire. The Ottoman Empire just temporary runned small parts of what is now Morocco.

It even did had wars against Morocco and they where also in alliance in some other wars.

However, a lot of Moroccans feels itself referred to the Ottomans.
