Smoking weed is legal in Netherlands for adults (18 years old and above is adult in Netherlands). For people under 18 it is forbidden to use any drug.

You can buy your weed or hash at a coffee shop. Also as foreigner/tourist. Up to 5 gram weed or hash is legal in Netherlands to carry with you.

Materials to smoke weed like crashers, rolling papers or tips are all legal in Netherlands and there are no rules on the amounth of it. You can have as many as you want!
